Exhibitor Contract (Covering all Future Events by The
1. ONLY booths on the wall will have electricity. If you need electricity, it's your responsibility to be sure you have reserved a wall booth. There will
be up to two 8' tables and 2 chairs provided for each booth. You MUST let us know how many tables and chairs you need.
The fee is to be paid prior to the event and is non-refundable. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE APPROXIMATLY 8' X 8'.

3. The Spiritual Church reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company or service. The judgment shall be final and binding.
4. The Spiritual Science Church is NOT liable for personal injury to vendors, their clients, or for lost or stolen goods. Insurance, permits and
licenses are the exhibitor’s responsibility, & is highly recommended.
5. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to booths, equipment, decorations, or to any Exhibit Hall property caused by the exhibitor.
6. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save/hold harmless the event, the Spiritual Science Church No. 4 including all members of that Church, the
producer, management, & its employees from any & all claims, causes of action, & suits accruing or resulting from any damage, injury, or loss to
any persons, including, but not limited to persons to whom the Exhibitor may be liable under any Workers Compensation Law & the Exhibitor
himself, and any other party related to their exhibition rental including attendees, employees, guests, other exhibitors or members of the public,
& from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims, or suits for damages or merchandise, caused by, rising out of, or in any way connected with
the exercise of the Exhibitor privileges granted herein.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the Building. All Federal, State, & City laws pertaining to fire & safety must be adhered to.
(No open flames or lit candles are allowed as per City) MASKING TAPE only on the walls ... NO PINS, NAILS, SCOTCH TAPE etc...
8. Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all City/County/State resale, licensing, & Health Dept requirements.
9. In the event that any outside force that is beyond the control of The Spiritual Science Church No. 4, such as war, fire, or act of God, prevents
the event from taking place, The
10. Booth sales are final. You are giving permission to use your photo or video including your booth space and products in any future advertising
done by The Spiritual Church of Turlock.
11. Exhibitor acknowledges that this contract shall apply to all future fund raisers, Expo's and or events produced by The Spiritual Science Church
in which exhibitor participates. Prices, booth sizes and Venues may change for each event.
